Non-emergency Medical Transport

Cleveland Services began operating in 2002. Since then the need for non-emergency transportation has grown. As demand has grown, so have we. We now have 7 fully equipped vans with 5 full-time drivers plus office personnel.

Cleveland Services is an ambulette service, not to be confused with an ambulance. We help people with limited mobility get to and from their doctor appointments.  An ambulette service does not supply oxygen or medical staff for emergency services. Our services include both wheelchair and stretcher transportation.  If you do not have a wheelchair, we can provide one for you to use.

All of our vehicles are clean and well maintained. They are all registered and inspected by the New York State Department of Transportation. We use hydraulic lifts to make loading and unloading of passengers as easy and comfortable as possible. We also have passenger seating for anyone that wants to accompany the person being transported at no additional cost.

We also offer transportation for recreational purposes. We can transport clients to weddings, holiday gatherings, concerts, dinner out with family, or even a day at the zoo.

Paying for our services is quite painless. If you have Medicaid, there is no cost to you at all for office visits. We will bill your Medicaid account directly. Please be aware that Medicaid will not cover recreational transportation. If you do not have Medicaid, we offer reasonable and competitive pricing. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
